Key Responsibilities for the Senior Test Development Engineer: - Develop Test Programs: Create and refine test programs for silicon chips using automated test equipment.
- Plan Test Strategies: Work with design and manufacturing teams to set test requirements and strategies.
- Implement Tests: Execute test programs, generate test patterns, debug, and optimise to meet targets.
- Analyse Data: Examine test data to spot trends, and anomalies, and provide recommendations.
- Failure Analysis: Investigate test failures, diagnose root causes, and collaborate on solutions.
- Enhance Yield: Implement strategies to improve chip yield and reduce manufacturing defects.
- Documentation: Prepare and communicate test plans, results, and methodologies.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements in all testing activities.
Qualifications for the Senior Test Development Engineer: - Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and test methodologies.
- Experience with ATE platforms and test equipment interfaces.
- Familiarity with ADC, DAC and RF Test solutions.
