(based on experience) Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:45 Overview Park & Recharge are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an account support co-ordinator for our Charge Point Operator (CPO) firm, specialising in electric vehicle (EV) charging services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The role will involve providing support to our customers, as well as assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
This will be a full-time role predominantly based at the Park & Recharge main office in Chelmsford Essex, with an element hybrid working (up to 2 days a week remote working).
Reporting to the Head of Operations for Park & Recharge, the role will mainly be the support of customer accounts, with the following responsibilities: · Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional support.
· Routinely liaise with our customers to assist with issues, providing technical assistance, and plan software developments.
· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
· Process customer requests, including but not limited to, account renewals, billing inquiries, and service requests.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
· Stay up-to-date on the latest products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
· Collaborate with colleagues to streamline customer support processes and improve overall customer experience.
· Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and potential areas for improvement.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience The ideal (desirable, but not essential) requirements for a candidate are as follows: · Previous experience in customer support or account management roles.
· Experience in the EV charging industry.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical customers.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
· Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools.
· Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs.
