We are currently seeking a Creative Artwork Account Director to join our UK team, to work with one of our most prestigious retail clients.
This role will see you take the lead on the Adaptive artwork account - overseeing and managing all projects within your remit, whilst working closely with the packaging team to deliver end to end excellence for our client.
This role will see you working on new business within this growing account, and therefore offers an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to put their unique stamp on this role by establishing new processes and ways of working, whilst also seeking new opportunities to deliver on additional creative work for the client.
The ideal candidate will of course possess solid technical print and packaging experience, however you will also have opportunity to exhibit your creative flair across a range of projects, bringing your wide range of artwork and creative expertise to bear across all aspects of the work.
This is a unique opportunity to join a well-positioned global market leader, in a role that will see you take ownership of all aspects of Adaptive artwork for this growing, household name client.
The role is primarily based remotely, however it is anticipated that you will work on-site once a week in Bracknell, Berkshire.
In this role you will: - Receive and respond to client briefs, craft internal creative briefs, and develop timing plans.
- Receive design guidelines and understand how to implement these - Track and communicate project statuses to our client ensuring seamless coordination.
- Efficiently manage processes with our adaptive team, optimising resources for top results, hitting brief, managing and scheduling projects - Engage with stakeholders as needed and operate client approval systems for smooth project delivery.
- Present creative work to WR creative director & WR design team, managing their feedback - Support to manage the Printability of the designs along with PPM - Take charge of client finance tasks, including quoting, invoicing and budget tracking.
- Work with WR top tier agencies - Manage photography, retouching and copywriting You will possess: - Excellent listening and communication skills to navigate complex tasks and engage effectively with stakeholders.
