York £24,000 £27,000 NJR Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well established Financial Services Practice, who are now seeking an ambitious and experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their team on a full time basis.

Providing direct administration support the role will be varied, fast paced and demanding so we are looking for someone that is organised and not afraid to get stuck in!
Duties will include: Processing new business applications Creating Client Valuations & Illustrations Chasing Letters of Authority Liaising with Product Providers & third parties Preparing pre-meeting documentation for the Adviser Diary management Speaking to clients What do we need from you Previous experience working in financial planning is essential A good knowledge of pensions, investments and other financial planning products Ideally experience with Intelligent Office (IO) Candidates applying ideally will have previous experience working for a firm of Financial Planners, a Pensions Consultancy or a Provider background.
You will understand how the financial services industry works and be keen to develop your skills and progress a career within Financial Planning.
Excellent communication skills are required.
You will be smartly presented, offer first class communication skills, and have the ability to liaise with HNW Individuals.
