Location: Birmingham (Hybrid: 3 days from home, 2 in the office) Salary: £33,000 (flexible) + Excellent Benefits & Bonus We're working with a fantastic client who is looking for a Financial Planning Assistant to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of experience in financial services administration who's ready to step into a role that combines meaningful support, development opportunities, and real work-life balance.
The Role: As a Financial Planning Assistant, you'll provide essential support to financial planners, helping to maintain accurate records, respond to client queries, and ensure the highest standard of service is delivered at all times.
With a focus on using Figaro and Intelligent Office (IO), you'll also play a key part in managing client information and fostering strong relationships across the business.
