Responsibilities: Process new business, Keep up to date with all relevant product, legislative and technical changes, as required.
Ensure all dealings with clients are carried out in a professional and courteous manner.
LOA administration and processes.
Process new business application.
Making appointment packs.
Valuations, Illustrations Letter writing, which involved working closely with the Advisors and Paraplanners which will lead into a fully-fledged Paraplanning role Working closely to provide administrative support to 2 top performing Financial Planners General administrative duties when required.
To be considered you will need to have industry related experience and will ideally be working towards industry related exams, OR be passionate about obtaining the Level 4 Diploma.
