Job Description Step Teachers are a preferred supplier for Teach in Herts and we are currently looking for an ICT Teacher in Hemel Hempstead.
This ICT Teacher is full time starting from April 2025 and is a supply position teaching mostly KS3 and some KS4 for one academic term.

ICT Teacher Role: \n Thorough knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 ICT curriculum.
\n Keep a tidy and professional classroom, ensuring effective resource management.
\n Work collaboratively with colleagues both within the department and across the school.
\n Evaluate student performance, monitor their progress, and provide meaningful feedback.
\n Design and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons.
\n Consistently uphold and apply the school's policies.
\n ICT Teacher Requirements: \n Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification to teacher in a Secondary School \n Have recent experience as an ICT Teacher in a mainstream secondary school setting \n Exhibit strong classroom management and behaviour management skills \n A degree in ICT or Computer Science is preferred \n Experience working with SEND students is advantageous \n Why Step Teachers?
