Ict Manager - Full-Time/Part-Time

Position: IT Manager Company: Confidential B2C Ecommerce Client
Location: Hybrid working, 2 days per week in office
Their flagship product is a market leader in its category, supporting the health and mobility of pets.

The IT Manager will join a growing technology team dedicated to delivering customer-centric solutions and support for core business systems.
The role includes building and managing a team of subject matter experts while overseeing key IT infrastructure and services.

Oversee IT infrastructure, business applications, and end-user support services across the organisation.
Manage the performance and relationship with external 3rd-party managed service providers.
Develop and enforce IT policies, ensuring alignment with company procedures.
Drive improvements in the technology landscape to reduce risks and stay updated with advancements.
Manage the IT budget, optimising costs for technology services and solutions.
Provide hands-on technical expertise for implementations and issue resolution.
5+ years in a senior technical role (e.g., Senior Technical Engineer, IT Lead, IT Manager).
~ Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (M365, MS Azure).
~ Networking expertise (WAN, LAN, VPNs, Switching, Routing).
~ Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
~ Knowledge of infrastructure scripting (PowerShell, Python).
~ Strong technical management skills and knowledge of hardware/software systems.
~ A proactive and motivated approach to project delivery.

Experience with RESTful APIs and scripting languages.
