As an ICT Graduate , you'll be troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing system performance, and assisting with IT projects to improve the overall efficiency and security of the organisation's technology systems.
Your day to day will include: Assist in the maintenance and support of IT systems, networks, and hardware to ensure smooth operation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networks.
Support the installation, configuration, and upgrading of IT infrastructure, including servers, computers, and network devices.
Assist in monitoring system performance, security, and backups, ensuring data protection and disaster recovery measures are in place.

When you join, you will be enrolled onto our graduate scheme.
The programme will take 2 years to complete and has been designed to equip you with the skills you need to excel in your chosen profession and help you achieve professional membership or chartership.

What are we looking for?
We're looking for people due to graduate in 2025, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
The role of ICT Graduate is great for you if: Have good knowledge of IT systems, networking, and hardware, including operating systems, servers, and software.
Familiarity with network configuration, troubleshooting, and IT security principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
