We're looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our ICT team as an ICT Asset Coordinator.

Central Coordination Role: Be the go-to person for all things IT asset-related, providing essential support to our ICT Asset Manager and the wider ICT team.

Key Responsibilities: Asset Management: Track, record, and monitor all IT assets, ensuring compliance with vendor contracts, licenses, and entitlements.
Inventory Control: Maintain an accurate inventory of all company electronic assets.
Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets from acquisition to disposal, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
Compliance: Ensure all IT assets comply with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on asset status, performance, and costs.
Training and Support: Assist in embedding the ICT Asset Management policy, process, and procedures to the ICT Service Team with training.
Audit and Improvement: Ensure the ICT asset register (CMDB) is maintained for asset movements, conduct regular audits, and identify service improvements.
What We're Looking For: Qualifications: GCSE Grades A-C or equivalent in Maths and English, NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, ITIL Foundation (for understanding only).
Skills and Experience: Knowledge of ICT systems, IT Asset Management (ITAM), Power BI or reporting tools, and asset management software.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to organize and prioritize workload.
