This is an excellent opportunity for any Project Manager looking to join one of the UK's leading ICP's.
This is a crucial position managing the delivery of EV charging hub and grid connection projects throughout the UK.
You will be required to provide an accurate, timely and consistent level of service to both internal and external stakeholders across the whole range of ICP business services from design, construction and all the way through to maintenance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Act as an integral interface between the internal sales, estimating, design & delivery teams, external contractors and suppliers Liaise with delivery managers, clients, sub-contractors and support functions ensuring specifications, quantities and risks are identified, quoted and agreed accurately Provide a high, always maintained level of customer service to clients Updating internal project monitoring systems as and when appropriate Commercial responsibility for allocated projects Document control for project documentation and record keeping Act as an integral interface between Projects and Delivery team Developing and maintaining compelling relationships with all stakeholders Actively contributing to continuous process improvements Attend weekly/monthly planning and project meetings Ensuring that clients/stakeholders are updated on all elements of the project Provide relevant performance data to support preparation of weekly and monthly status reports Skills and Abilities Strong co-ordination and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships Proactive and motivated approach Empathetic approach, providing excellent customer service Ability to investigate, resolve and/or escalate client issues/needs Strong IT skills including MS suite Ability to multi-task and juggle various projects and clients Ability to work as part of a busy team but also be able to work independently and use own initiative to problem solve Knowledge/Experience Requirements Project management/processes Knowledge and awareness of continuous improvement within existing and new processes Experience within the ICP industry with good understanding of DNO process essential Thorough understanding of the DNO/ICP delivery process Experience within the EV/utilities/electrical industries with good knowledge of project lifecycles within this industry Qualifications/Skills Strong Project Management experience within a similar role, ideally within the electrical utilities industry 17 th edition electrical works would be a huge advantage NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent would advantageous A-C level grade GCSE and Maths and English Package 25 days annual leave + bank holidays per annum (holiday year runs from 1st January) Salary £55,000k + £5,000 per annum company car allowance Company social events throughout the year Remote/hybrid working opportunities Flexible working hours Annual pay reviews after qualifying period About Utility Line Utility Line have been growing rapidly since opening in 2021 and have been going from strength to strength in the utilities industry and green energy space.
