Weekly Pay: £14.50/hr (£12.94 + £1.56 holiday pay) Full Training: Comprehensive training on Ice Tech and rink operations provided.
Flexible Shifts: 6 days a week with a regular schedule from November to January.
No Ice Skating Experience Required: Though its a cool bonus if you have it!

Your Responsibilities: Support the Site Manager: Help the rink site manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the ice rink.
Team Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for the team during shifts, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
Staff Management: Oversee staff management, including training, welfare, and rota management.
Ensure staff adheres to operational standards like timekeeping, grooming, uniform policies, and exceptional customer service.
Safety Oversight: Ensure the safety of the general public while maintaining a high standard of service throughout the rink.
Customer Service: Manage customer complaints and service issues, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions to maintain a great guest experience..
Experience and Skills: Supervisory Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role with strong team management capabilities is essential.
Customer Service: A proven ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively is required.
Attention to Detail: A strong focus on maintaining equipment and ensuring site infrastructure remains in good working condition.
Ice Rink Experience: Not necessary but a bonus!
Positive Attitude: Enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service is key.
