Job summary INTERNAL TO NORTH CUMBRIA INTEGRATED CARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST (NCIC) EMPLOYEES ONLY ICC Senior Hub Coordinator: Emergency Secondment opportunity Eden ICC is looking for an experienced administrator with can confidently managing staff and navigate health care systems.
You will work alongside the ICC Service Manager to manage the day to day running of the ICC Hub as well as implement service improvements.
You will also be responsible for staff rostering in order to ensure adequate service coverage during agreed opening hours as well as identifying training needs and ensuring that training and staff development is carried out.
You will be responsible for ensuring systems and processes are in place to triage referrals in line with Standard Operating Procedures, whilst supporting the ICC Hub Team to identify those referrals in need of an immediate response and direct these referrals to the appropriate clinician.
You will be required to work alongside a number of key stakeholders to ensure that all patient referrals are dealt with in a timely manner and where appropriate patients are signposted to other services.
You will be required to be flexible and be able to provide cross cover for other ICC Hubs.
This may require working in different ICC Hubs as and when required.

This is a three month secondment opportunity which may be extended.

You will also be on a roster for weekend working 08:00 - 16:00.
