Job summary As an Administrator in a Multi-disciplinary team, you will work with other administrators and health and social care professionals.
You will develop the ethos of multi-disciplinary, integrated care and seamless services ensuring that patient care is delivered to highest possible standard.As an Administrator working under the general direction of the Senior Hub Coordinator you will undertake a range of administrative duties.
You will develop and maintain administrative systems and records to enable the team to deliver effective community services and to ensure that the office environment is safe, appropriately maintained and equipped.You will be required to participate in a rota to provide cover between 08:00 and Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 at Weekends and Bank Holidays.
Main duties of the job Applicants must be able to multi-task and be able to work as part of a team and on their own.
They must be professional at all times and be able to stay calm in stressful situations and be able to resolve any problems.
There are times when they may work alone and will need to make decisions themselves taking appropriate action.
You will be supported by a Senior Administrator and be expected to:- Have excellent communication skills Be able to prioritise work and able to work to clear deadlines Be flexible to meet the needs of the service Work weekends/Bank Holidays on a rota basis We are a small team who engage in a positive and proactive manner.
