Job Title: IAM Technical Analyst (x2) Location: Fully Remote (Occasional travel to Glasgow for monthly workshops) Contract Duration: 12 months Rate: £479 per day Inside IR35 Job Overview We are seeking X2 experienced IAM Technical Analysts to join a dynamic team for a 12-month contract.
You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's Identity Access Management (IAM) policies and procedures, with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM) frameworks, cloud solutions, and IAM improvements.
Key Responsibilities Support the development and enhancement of IAM and PAM frameworks.
Collaborate with delivery teams to progress IAM policies, procedures, and governance.
Assist in implementing controls across various technical disciplines.
Analyse and provide recommendations for both on-premise and cloud-based IAM solutions.
Ensure IAM governance aligns with risk management frameworks and regulatory standards.
Provide expertise in CyberArk, Active Directory, and Unix systems.
Contribute to workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience 4-5 years' experience in IAM and PAM, preferably in a financial services or banking environment.
Proficiency in CyberArk (Any other similar tools), Active Directory , and Unix systems.
Experience with both on-premise and cloud environments (Azure/MS preferred).
Strong understanding of IAM governance and risk management.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate with SMEs and wider audiences.
Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing technical controls across diverse disciplines.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security standards in IAM.
Familiarity with the financial services industry and its unique challenges.
Additional Details Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to Glasgow for monthly workshops Flexibility: Working hours are set; flexible options are not guaranteed.
