We are looking for a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Engineer to oversee the daily operations and ongoing maintenance of IAM systems.
This role is key to ensuring that identity and access processes are secure, efficient, and aligned with the company's objectives.
Youll work closely with both IT and security teams, integrating IAM solutions and supporting business goals.

Key Responsibilities: Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management in IAM systems.
Monitor IAM systems for performance and security issues.
Collaborate with teams to integrate IAM solutions with new and existing systems.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security standards.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM-related issues.
Document IAM processes and offer training as needed.
Stay informed of trends and advancements in identity and access management.
Tactical / Hands-On Responsibilities: Extensive hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ.
Provide day-to-day operational support for IAM systems.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on IAM workflows and configurations.
Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
5 years of operational experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices.
Proficiency with SailPoint configurations and workflows.
Bonus Qualifications: Certified SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect.
Experience with cloud-based IAM environments.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, Okta, Azure/Entra ID, O365, Excel.
