This role would be perfect for a recent graduate who is looking to begin their career in teaching.
Previous school based experience is desirable, although you may have acquired skills working with children in other environments (coaching etc) which will transfer into a school environment.
Strong communication, self-motivation and resilience is key to this role!
You must have a degree with a good academic background and a genuine passion for education.
Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant - The Role
You will be working in the Early Years department, supporting classes in this ambitious school.
You may also be required to assist across the whole school on occasion.
The school follows an innovative and child-centred curriculum that will grow with the pupils.
You will work under the guidance of the phase leader and help to plan and deliver exciting activities.
This role starts in January and runs for the rest of the academic year, giving you invaluable experience prior to applying for a PGCE.
