Job summary The Women and Children's division are currently seeking an hour Hysteroscopy & Colposcopy patient Co-ordinator working as a job share to join the team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the provision of exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless patient pathway experience.They will assist with providing support daily to the Colposcopy & Hysteroscopy teams, supporting patients, clinical staff, and the Trust through the triage process of referrals.

Person Specification Further Training Essential On the job training Contractual Requirements Essential Regular attendance and willingness to work flexible hours as necessary Knowledge Essential Computer literate, with experience of using a keyboard with a high level of accuracy Knowledge of NHS or service provider in general Thorough knowledge of healthcare administrative systems and processes Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets PAS, Excel or similar applications Experience of using a full range of IT/Patient data systems Confidentiality and Data Protection Health and Safety Equality and diversity Desirable Sound office clerical background providing knowledge of relevant procedures Experience of using a full range of IT / Patient data systems - As applicable to speciality Qualifications Essential Good general education with GCSE English at grade C or above, (or equivalent) RSA II (or equivalent) Desirable Association of Medical Secretaries, Practice Administrator & Receptionist diploma (AMSPAR) NVQ in Customer Care Institute of Health Records & Information Management Diploma (IHRIM) European Computer Driving Licence Shorthand speeds of 80wpm Experience Essential Quality Customer Service Previous NHS knowledge and experience Desirable Experience of working in Women & Children service
