About the Role: Join our dynamic team at Eat Natural Halstead Plant, where we've proudly produced delicious fruit and nut bars and cereals for over 20 years.

We are looking for a dedicated Hygiene Team Leader to manage our PM shift hygiene team.
In this crucial role, you will play an integral part in upholding our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that our facility operates smoothly and safely.
Main Responsibilities: As the Hygiene Team Leader, you will lead and support a team of hygiene staff, providing training and guidance to maintain our exceptional cleanliness standards.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily and deep cleaning schedules, ensuring that all tasks are documented and audit ready.
You will prepare the factory for production start-up, ensuring the proper use of cleaning chemicals and adherence to procedures.
Additionally, you will communicate any food safety, pest control, environmental, or health and safety issues to management promptly.
It will also be your responsibility to ensure effective waste segregation and proper disposal of recyclable materials.
Collaborating with other departments to coordinate hygiene activities and promote effective communication will be essential, as will always upholding health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
Who we are looking for: We're seeking a proactive individual with a strong background in hygiene management.
The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of hygiene principles, practices, and regulations, along with exceptional leadership skills that inspire and motivate a team.
Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail are essential, as is the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
