Hygiene Manager

Hygiene Manager Alexander Steele have partnered with this market leading food manufacturing group, our client is looking for a motivated hygiene professional to join the business on a permanent dayshift basis at their site based in Oxfordshire.
The role holder will lead manage a hygiene team across the site, whilst developing a robust Hygiene culture, with a possibility of rolling standards across the group long-term.
Salary on offer up to £60k plus pension & private healthcare Responsibilities: Oversee daily hygiene functions and develop a strong team work ethic.
To ensure training cards and risks assessments are prepared for the various hygienic maintenance tasks in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure that a safe working environment exists for all employees and that as a minimum the factory meets the standards set out in the SHE policy.
To ensure all relevant COSSH data is received and incorporated into schedules as appropriate.
Maintaining factory GMP daily whilst keeping the factory clean and tidy and audit ready.
