As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Technician to join our Aberdeen team and contribute to our success.What We Can Offer:Competitive salaryWorkshop hours Monday to Friday 38hrs per week Pay enhancements for working offsite offshore & onshore.Overtime payments Paid holidays and sick pay.Comprehensive benefits package including 7% match pension, free life assurance, employee assistance program, employee referral scheme, employee discounts including high street brands, cycle 2 work scheme and discount on Johnson Controls security products.Extensive product and on the job/cross training opportunities with outstanding resources availableEncouraging and collaborative ethos & career development through various career laddersDedication to safety through our Zero Harm policyAccess to business resource groups and training on things we value.What You Will Do:Primarily a workshop-based role you will:Commission Control Systems: Perform commissioning of control systemsModify Control Systems: Execute modifications to control systems.Conduct Surveys: Carry out surveys on control systems.Produce Reports: Generate detailed site reports with actionable recommendations.Complete Documentation: Finalize project documentation and work packs to meet company standards.Work offsite: Offshore and onshore as and when requiredHow You Will Do It:Adherence to Procedures: Follow company manufacturing procedures to commission and manufacture control systems as designed and specified.Collaboration: Work closely with the Service Manager to support and promote commissioning and manufacturing objectives.Flexibility: Be prepared to work in various global locations, both onshore and offshore, to meet project needs.What We Look For:Essential:Industry Experience: Extensive previous experience in an oil & gas related business or industry.Self-Motivation: A strong focus on achieving company-driven goals and objectives, with the ability to work independently.Desirable:Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills.Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.Target-Driven: A results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.If you have the expertise and drive to thrive in this role, we invite you to apply and become a key part of our team in Aberdeen.#LI-NT1#LI-Onsite
