You'll help us make health happen:Through outbound calling and the use of online tools, provide individual lifestyle support on pre-agreed dimensions to help customers reach lifestyle goals identified during their Health Assessment or through products such as Smart DNA, Be.Me or other product/service in line with the business needsHave an open and honest conversation with our customers about lifestyle and behaviour changes they can adopt to lead a longer, healthier, happier lifePromote and encourage a healthier lifestyle for our customers in accordance with Bupa current clinical policy and recommended national and international guidelinesGive individual lifestyle advice appropriate to customer needs with reference to their health risk, Health Assessment results and their health and wellbeing goalsEnsure customers are supported throughout their Health Assessment journeyPromote lifestyle coaching during each Health Assessment appointment delivered, explaining the benefits, setting customer expectations, and confirming the appointment booking in real timeCarry out Bupa Health Assessment tests in accordance with Bupa Health Clinics policies and protocols Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:Educated to degree level in Sports and Exercise Science or Nutritional Science /Sports NutritionExperience of performing measurement or assessment in a health and fitness e.g., personal training or medical environment.Experience of giving customer advice in a healthy living / lifestyle context, including physical activity, nutrition, smoking, alcohol, sleep, and stress management.Knowledge of anatomy/physiology in relation to health and lifestyleExcellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbalGood IT skills – including MS Office packagesExperience of working in a customer facing environment that relies on 1:1 communication & interactionProduct specific training will be provided during the induction processBenefitsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
