We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Humanities Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in South Gloucestershire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on students' learning journeys.
Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging Humanities lessons, covering subjects such as History, Geography, or Religious Education, in line with the National Curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to achieve their potential.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them succeed.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
Uphold high standards of teaching, behaviour management, and safeguarding at all times.
Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching Humanities at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
