The Role in a Nutshell: This role is central to developing and delivering a modern, customer-focused, and industry-leading HR shared services function grounded in self-service principles.
Collaborating closely with the broader People team and senior management, you will lead efforts to make the function user-friendly, efficient, and supportive of an excellent colleague experience.
What You'll Bring: You'll have: Proven expertise in HR shared services and team management , ideally within a best-practice, professional services environment with a globally distributed workforce - international experience is paramount.
A strong understanding of what great HR shared services looks like and how to implement and embed them effectively.
Excellent attention to detail , stakeholder management , and communication skills .
