We are working with a Multi-Academy Trust, based in Stourbridge, who are recruiting for a HR Support Officer on a permanent basis paying £30,559.
This role would suit a knowledgeable HR Coordinator/HR Assistant experienced in supporting with general HR and recruitment processes, looking to step up into a HR Officer role.

Duties will include (but are not limited to): Acting as a key point of contact for all HR-Related queries Managing employee lifecycle processes, including providing advice and support to managers on recruitment and onboarding activity Developing and delivering training to key stakeholders regarding safer recruitment, inductions, probation, T&C's, absences, wellbeing and staff benefits Contributing to the review and development of the staff absence management policy and reporting procedure Processing new starters, leavers and contract variations Supporting payroll processes Experience required: Experience working within HR Ideally L5 CIPD (Support for qualification can be provided) Ideally experience working within the education sector Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Understanding of good practice, current legislation and policy within education Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with a wide range of people in various settings Working hours: 37 Hours p/week (on-site) Flexible start and finish times Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
