HR Generalist / Manager / Consultant (Temporary Contract) Location: Hybrid, Central Edinburgh at Haymarket Hours: 32-35 hours per week (35 hours is full-time) Rate: £38,000-£44,238 per annum, dependent on experience Contract Duration: Start ASAP for approximately 3-4 months, potential extension to end of March 2025 About the Role: Are you a seasoned HR professional with a strong understanding of HR policies, systems, and best practices?
We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist/Manager/Consultant to join our team on a temporary basis.
In this role, you will support key HR functions including Recruitment and Selection, project work, Equality Impact Assessments, HR policy updates, and the rollout of an HR Oracle System.
You'll also contribute to training and development via LearnPro, helping design and update training modules.
Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment and selection processes Manage updates to HR policies and perform Equality Impact Assessments Improve HR processes including the appraisal scheme and induction program Implement HR Oracle System and train staff in its use Support LearnPro training system, designing and updating training modules Essential Skills and Qualifications: Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience CIPD qualified or working towards certification Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices Proven experience in updating HR policies and managing HR systems Experience with LearnPro HR system Knowledgeable in HR system training and rollout Desirable Skills: Experience with HR Oracle systems If this sounds like an opportunity, you would be interested in then please submit your CV and we will be in touch with further details!
