Human Resources Manager

We are delighted to be partnered with an ambitious, high quality, founder led, hospitality business based in Bristol in the sourcing of their part-time HR Manager.
To be successful in this role, you will be a true generalist with a balanced mix of operations and strategy.
You will work closely with the executive team and location managers, supporting in the day to day running of the organisation through your expertise in areas such as recruitment and selection, learning and development, people change, engagement, culture, and HR projects.
You will be an excellent listener, creative and flexible in your approach providing mentorship and leadership.
We will consider candidates looking to work 3 or 4 days per week.
