Planet Pharma is partnered with an exciting fast-growing Pharmaceutical company, who are seeking a Human Resources System and MI Specialist, to support the establishment of HR Systems, Data Stewardship and Reporting and Analytics.

Responsibility: Accountable for the maintenance, troubleshooting and design of HR systems Accountable for partnering with Information Systems teams and HR Operations Service Delivery Teams on system updates, to ensure any amendments to requirements / processes are delivered Accountable for HR operations tools from a functional perspective and ensuring they are fit for purpose Requirements: Strong Excel skills (Macro's, Power Query) HRIS System knowledge (SuccessFactors) Ability to validate data for accuracy Experience with data cleansing, standardization, and de-duplication.
