My prestigious client is looking for a experience and skilled HRIS MI Analyst with the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment and have genuine career progression.
The role requires the HRIS MI Analyst to be skilled in storytelling with data and who can engage with stakeholders across the business, collaborate with learning partners and address the needs of the HR Business Partners.
For example an HRBP may need turnover data and your role would be to help refine that request to provide meaningful insights.
The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of experience in Power BI and have a familiarity of Workday and Oracle is being phased out, the ability to manage data across multiple systems and provide standardized reports for business partners.
You will deliver standard business reports and collaborate with stakeholders to refine reporting need and deliver actionable insights.
