Human Resources Generalist

Job Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to provide end-to-end HR support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This hands-on role involves advising managers, supporting employees, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the full HR lifecycle, including onboarding, flexible working requests, and leave processes.
Maintain accurate HR records and systems.
Advise stakeholders on HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
Support line managers with performance management and employee relations.
Contribute to and support HR projects and initiatives.
Skills & Experience: Proven HR Generalist or Senior HR Advisor experience, ideally in tech/IT.
Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with immigration/visa processes is a plus.
CIPD Level 5 qualification and degree-level education preferred.
