Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full HR lifecycle, including onboarding, flexible work requests, and family leave processes (e.g., maternity, paternity, and adoption).
Ensure accurate and timely administration of HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Partner with senior stakeholders to provide expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters.
Support and coach managers on HR policies, best practices, and performance management.
