Human Resources Generalist

Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a HR Generalist/Manager/Consultant for an initial 3 to 4 month contract on a rate of £20.80-£24.21/hour PAYE.
This role will be based in Edinburgh, with hybrid working available.
Responsibilities: - To provide support across a range of HR senior level work including, Recruitment and Selection, HR project work, eg HR policies updates, Equality Impact assessments, review of appraisal scheme and Induction improvements, HR Oracle System implementation, Learn pro training system updating and designing of training modules Essential Skills: - Degree level qualification and /or experience - CIPD qualified or working towards - Seasoned HR professional - Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR practice - Experience of writing and updating HR policies in line with best practice - Experience in undertaking Equality Impact assessments in relation to HR policies - Experience in the management and roll out of HR systems and training of staff in the HR system - Experience of Using LearnPro HR system Desirable Skills: - HR Oracle system If you would like to hear more about this opportunity, please get in touch.
