Job Description Morgan Philips is working with a healthcare client in Cambridge to recruit a HR Business Partner on a temporary basis for 3 months starting ASAP.The role will pay up to £20.92 per hour PAYE.
The role of HR Business Partner will be to provide professional customer-focused HR advice and HR solutions that support the business needs, to identify and manage workforce issues and major change programmes and to support the development, integration and implementation of corporate HR policy and practice.
Duties include; To procure and analyse workforce metrics and trends as a means of contributing to and enhancing workforce productivity.
To support workforce change and modernisation initiatives in the operational teams by identifying and implementing new ways of working and appropriate use of people resources and role re-design etc.
To contribute to the design, strategic planning and implementation of change programmes and complex HR initiatives to realise the effective co-ordination of people, resource, and talent.
Supporting TUPE transfers into and out of the company in line with current legislation.
Ensuring a customer service focus is provided with all aspects of the HR Service and Delivery.
