Human Resources Business Partner

We are currently working with a Housing Association based in Somerset , who are recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a three-month temporary contract
They are looking for someone who can start in January , and can offer hybrid working (1-2 days in office in Bridgwater) and an hourly rate of £24-£27 per hour .

Duties will include (but are not limited to): Supporting, mentoring and guiding the business on all aspects of the HR and people development to ensure the implementation of best practice policies and procedures Managing all employee relations and absence issues, such as grievances, disciplinary actions and performance management, including conducting investigations Identifying staffing needs and helping develop the organisational structure and the creation of job descriptions to support future growth Ensuring best practice is followed in recruitment and selection and onboarding and induction activities Helping with the creation of training and induction plans whilst supporting the tuning of an LMS system Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Good multi-tasking and organisational skills Good oral and written communications.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook Working hours: 37 hours per week 8:30am – 5pm, Mon to Fri 1-2 days in officer per week Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
