Human Resources Business Partner

HRBP – Tech £40K Derby based with occasional travel other offices Hybrid working – 3 days in office per week We are partnering with a growing technology organisation, to hire an engaging HRBP to join their team.
The business has grown via acquisition and this role sits across the sales team x 150 headcount.
Reporting into the Director of People Ops, working with a close collaborative team, you will partner with a demanding, fun and high-growth sales team.
You will offer support to managers and solid advice on HR policies and procedures.
You will manage a number of ER cases, including PIPS, disciplinaries & grievances.
You will become an extension of the team, and be aware of the day to day, as well as looking at strategic solutions to improve the workforce and capabilities.
Lots of further projects around wellbeing and engagement to get stuck into!
This would suit someone stepping up from a Senior Advisor role, with experience of working within a fast-paced demanding environment, or an HRBP looking for a sideways move.
You will be down to earth, hands-on and be comfortable working with ambiguity.
