People Business Partner Your role will be to partner the British Engineering Wales leadership teams to influence the development and delivery of a people strategy to contribute to the overall success of the business.
Working alongside the leadership team, you will help support the delivery of an ambitious transformation plan, leading on organisational development, design and change management ensuring the business is set for up future development and growth.
Your role will include leading a small onsite people team, who work collaboratively with the centres of excellence and the wider People directorate.

What you'll do: You will work in collaboration with senior leaders across the business, providing support, coaching and challenge to deliver actions that will drive improved organisational performance.
As part of this, you will review business and people performance, challenge the status quo using data driven insights and create a constructive tension to ensure we are role modelling our business values.
You will be accountable for the delivery of the HR foundation and lifecycle events throughout the calendar year and lead the onsite team through this critical activity.
