HR Business Partner Cambridge - Hybrid Full time & part time considered.
Up to £55k (DOE) Our client, a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in security solutions, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support their ambitious growth and expansion.
This hybrid role, with a minimum of one day per week in the Cambridge office, offers an excellent opportunity to build relationships across the organisation, deliver HR initiatives, and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented work culture.
You'll be instrumental in managing HR operations, fostering a positive employee experience, and supporting strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and streamline recruitment processes, working closely with the HR Recruitment Administrator.
Manage onboarding, ensuring a welcoming and structured start for new hires.
Develop talent programs to foster growth and retention.
Partner with managers to deliver HR solutions aligned with their needs.
Handle the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit processes.
Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and development.
Serve as the initial point of contact for HR queries, resolving issues with a balanced approach.
Address employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Promote a positive, inclusive workplace environment.
Lead a small HR team, including a Recruitment HR Administrator, supporting their professional development.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
Liaise with an external HR consultant and shared services team to align on strategies.
Draft and update HR policies, ensuring consistent understanding across the organization.
Maintain compliance with UK employment laws and best practices.
Work with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with the company's growth objectives.
Key Requirements: CIPD Level 5 or higher.
Proven HR Business Partner experience, with a focus on recruitment and retention.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Experience managing change in a growing business environment.
Proficiency with MS Office and HR software, ideally Sage HR.
