Human Resources Business Partner

7twenty Professional Search is exclusively partnering with one of Northern Ireland's leading infrastructure organisations, Belfast City Airport, as they seek to appoint a HR Business Partner.
Belfast City Airport operates as a vital infrastructure asset in Northern Ireland that provides a major gateway for business and leisure passengers, whilst acting as a catalyst for direct and indirect employment opportunities, making a significant contribution to the country's growing prosperity.

Reporting to the Head of People and Purpose the HR Business Partner's primary responsibility will be to provide an exceptional support service to managers, employees and stakeholders within the Human Resources and Corporate Responsibility arena by adding value, delivering best practice and implementing the People and CR plan.
You will be part of a team leading on, and driving a values driven culture, where our people and community are at the heart of the business.

The successful candidate will display the following experience and skills:
• Minimum of three years' experience in a generalist HR role.

• CIPD qualification.

• Proven experience operating in a pressurised environment, requiring discretion, tact, diplomacy and judgement when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrable experience of dealing with highly confidential information and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
