Job Title: HR AssistantHours: Full or Part-time hours (flexible start and finish times)Location: Hybrid – 3 office day per weekHoliday: 26 days (+ public holidays) Pro RotaSalary: £25,000 - £28,000K dependent on experienceWithin our people-focused businesses ,we help our clients to create a place that their people love to work, through our outsourced HR and recruitment services.In this hybrid role, you will be the right-hand wo/man to our busy HR consultants, providing administrative & HR support for a wide range of clients.Your main areas of focus will be:· Producing people documentation for clients such as employee handbooks and people policies and all people-related administration· Managing onboarding process for multiple clients to include· Drafting contracts of employment and offer letters drafting contracts of employment and offer letters· Carrying out right to work checks and referencing process for new hires· Processing leavers· Maintaining the HR database for multiple clientsOur entire support service is provided to our clients using our CRM system; that means all HR support requests are raised, completed and closed off via our help-desk style system.
