We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Southampton.

  What You'll Be Doing: Supporting Recruitment : Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and organizing interviews.
Onboarding New Team Members : Ensure a smooth start for new hires by coordinating orientation and paperwork.
HR Records Management : Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with company policies.
Employee Support : Be the go-to person for employee questions related to HR processes, benefits, and policies.
Payroll Assistance : Help with payroll processing and timekeeping.
Training & Development : Help organize training sessions and track employee development progress.
Administrative Tasks : Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, correspondence, and reporting.
What We're Looking For: People Person : You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy helping others.
Detail-Oriented : You have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in getting things right.
Organized : You can juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of things in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player : You thrive in a collaborative team environment and enjoy supporting others.
Previous Experience (Preferred) : A background in HR, administration, or customer service is a plus, but not essential.
