Talent Junction are partnering with a leading business in Southampton who are looking to appoint a Human Resources Assistant to join their growing team.

About the Role As a full-time Human Resources Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the HR Director and HR team to deliver an exceptional HR service to the business.

A Key part of the role will be managing the recruitment process, overseeing new starter and leaver procedures, including inductions and preparation of contract paperwork.
You will also play a key part in being the first point of contact for an employee's queries.

Working as part of a small team means you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to a range of HR-related activities and projects.

Key Responsibilities Support all stages of the employee lifecycle Respond to employee HR queries Assist with payroll administration and data entry Ensure compliance with policies and procedures Maintain HR software, records, and employee files ensuring accuracy Organise training sessions and manage the induction process for new staff Participate in HR projects Perform other HR-related duties as needed About You The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working within a HR function.

Essential Skills and Experience Proven administrative and IT skills A minimum of two years of HR experience Strong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail Effective communication skills High proficiency in IT systems At Talent Junction, diversity is a strength.
