Main duties of the job This job is varied and no two days willbe the same, so your ability to juggle multiple priorities will be crucial.
Youcould be supporting managers with organisational change programmes or employeerelations issues, such as health, grievance or disciplinary andperformance management.
Your advicewill be consistent with Trust policies and in accordance with best practice andcurrent employment legislation.Youwill act as a role model within the HR team and for the team both within theTrust and externally, demonstrating the Trust values at all times.
You must have significant recentexperience in a similar employee relations role, along with up-to-dateknowledge of current employment legislation.
