Act as a resource for policy questions and support managers in applying policies consistently. Partner with managers to create a positive work environment, supporting initiatives to improve team morale, engagement, and retention across the portfolio. Identify training and development needs within your portfolio, coordinating resources and programmes to ensure employees have access to opportunities for growth and skill enhancement. Serve as a trusted HR advisor within your portfolio, managing employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution. Ensure fair, consistent, and timely handling of all issues. Use people data and metrics to track key trends in your portfolio, providing insights to help drive continuous improvement and support workforce planning. Key Skills & Experience Required: Prior experience in an HR Generalist or HR Advisory role is essential. CIPD qualification - level 5 preferred.
