HR Advisor Leicester Full Time & Permanent £35,000 Are you a Senior HR Officer looking to step into a HR Advisor role or a HR Advisor looking to join a supportive team environment?
I am excited to be working with a manufacturing client located just outside of Leicester centre who are looking to strengthen their HR Team with an experienced HR Advisor.
Reporting into a dynamic and innovative HR manager, supported by a HR officer your day to day duties as a HR Advisor include: Employee relations case management & assisting the HR manager in creating a positive and effective strategy on ER Leading on absence management cases Visiting sites and working with line managers to coach and upskill in all areas of HR Contract updates and amendments keeping up to date with employment law changes Policy writing Assisting with any recruitment initiatives This is a full time permanent position which is based full time on-site the Leicester with great on-site facilities, free parking and flexibility to work which hours suit you between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
This role would suit either an experienced HR Officer who is competent in independently handling ER cases independently including disciplinaries and grievances who feels ready to progress into a HR Advisor role.
This role would also suit an experienced HR professional who wants to work in a small supportive HR team and have the opportunity to work closely stakeholders across the business.
You will have an up to date and in depth employment law knowledge alongside a CIPD Level 5 or be open to working towards this qualification.
A strong understand and experience in handling long term sickness and absence cases as well as working with managers to tackle absence problems and identify trends and offer solutions is also required.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a true operational HR Advisor role, supported by a HR Officer and the opportunity to work daily with a highly experienced HR Manager.
