Pro Rata/ Per Annum Main duties of the job As a Human Resources Advisor, you will support the People & Culture Team in delivering a comprehensive, consistent and professional service to our customers in line with our CARE values and behavioural framework.
Providing proactive, professional, and consistent employee relations advice and guidance.
A key focus will be on maintaining accurate and consistent data, communication and escalation where required.
Providing expert advice and guidance for key employee relations projects such as, but not limited to; TUPE, Management of Change (MOC), and internal and external audits.

Maintaining employee files in line with legislation (GDPR), best practice, CQC and local compliance requirements to ensure end to end comprehensive record keeping of all employee relations matters is adhered to.
Maintenanceof our HR Information System (HRIS),ensuringaccuratecaptureandanalysisof data.
High attention to detail and accuracy at the forefront to ensure Right first Time in all that we do.
Supporting the collation and sharing of necessary data for to our external legal/Insurance teams when required.
Ensuring compliance in engaging with external legal support where deemed necessary or appropriate.
Role model behaviours and values across all activities, correspondence, interactions and communications.
Enable, foster and promote a culture across the team and organisation of safety, respect and accountability through actively advocating and role modelling being an active bystander.
Supporting with any other People & Culture activities when the need arises.
Person Specification Qualifications Essential A good general standard of education, professional degree level.
A relevant professional HR qualification (CIPD level 5, or at least level 3, but already working towards level 5).
Strong ER generalist experience (Ideally a min of 2 years).
Experience of reviewing & creating policies and procedures.
Previous HR experience within the healthcare sector is desirable.
Experience in managing conflicting priorities and workloads to ensure timely and efficient responses.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills Confidence and ability to challenge in a professional manner.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage expectations.
Ability to be adaptable and flexible to change.
Positive, proactive and adaptable approach.
