About the Company Our client, a leading US-headquartered manufacturing company, is making significant strides in the UK and is poised for rapid growth under dynamic new leadership.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly stable, profitable, and expanding business that is renowned for its forward-thinking approach and commitment to positive change.
The Role As the HR Advisor, you will be working alongside an experienced UK HR Manager who has been with the company for many years.
You will support the HR function for approximately 400 employees, ensuring that the business meets its ambitious growth plans while maintaining a people-centric culture.
You will need to be highly adaptable, thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, and be ready to take on multiple projects simultaneously.
The new leadership team is driving substantial changes, and we are looking for someone who is quick to act, decisive, and passionate about making a difference.
Key Responsibilities: Supporting the UK HR Manager in delivering the HR strategy across the business Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding Providing expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law Leading or supporting HR projects aimed at improving the employee experience and supporting business goals Working closely with line managers to support employee relations, performance, and development Supporting change management initiatives as the business continues to grow and evolve About You: Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor or generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced, changeable environment Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills Ability to act quickly and decisively to resolve issues and manage projects Passion for working in a dynamic and challenging HR environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business What's On Offer: Competitive salary of £32,000 - £37,000 Benefits package The opportunity to work in a highly stable, profitable, and growing environment Fantastic career development prospects as the UK operation continues to expand If you're an ambitious HR professional looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, evolving business environment, we want to hear from you!
