Dalkia UK are looking for a full-time, HR Administrator to join our HR team on a 6 month fixed term contract.
This role will be a mixture of working from home and from our office at the Birmingham Business Park.

Role Summary:
To provide and deliver an efficient, professional, customer focused HR administration service HR experience is not essential Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 8.45-4.45pm, 30 minute unpaid lunch break Main Duties:
Deliver an accurate, efficient and customer focused administrative service Be a point of contact for HR queries Maintain several HR mailboxes Process high volumes of data via systems and Excel spreadsheets, e.g starters and leavers, changes of terms and conditions, TUPE, benefits and pension etc Carry out checks on data accuracy Work closely with Payroll to report new starters, absence, changes and leaver information Compile reports from the HR system(s) as required Requirements:
Previous administration experience within a busy environment Experienced in high volume administration/ processing, working to tight deadlines Working with data; inputting data, generating reports and maintaining systems Competent in Microsoft Office - inc. Excel Proactive, 'can do' approach Works quickly and accurately without compromising on quality Can work alone and as part of a team Flexible approach - can adapt and re-prioritise quickly when the situation requires Strong numerical ability Builds effective relationships with line managers and employees of all levels of the business Works confidentially at all times Customer focused with a strong track record of exceeding the requirement of customers (internal or external) Benefits:
