CitySprint has an exciting opportunity for a Hub Manager to oversee all operational functions within the Out of Home (OOH) Hub Operation.
In this role, you will develop and support the operations management team to achieve strategic objectives, drive revenue growth, meet SLAs, enhance efficiency, and support development in line with EBITDA goals.
The main responsibilities within the Hub Manager role are: Manage and exceed all financial targets (revenue, profit, EBITDA) through continuous budget review and monitoring.
Review operational statistics and processes to identify efficiencies and improve productivity.
Control customer return volumes in line with SLAs.
Create, analyse, and disseminate clear operational reports.
Ensure compliance with all operational processes.
Support account management and build strong customer relationships for retention.
Manage and support peers to create a passionate, successful team through performance management and proactive communication, while overseeing attendance, performance, and conduct in line with company policies, addressing issues as needed.
Review and manage operational requirements during peak periods to minimise disruption.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations through risk assessments, accident reporting, relevant training, and proper record-keeping.
Skills needed for a Hub Manager: Ability to achieve key customer contractual SLAs.
Able to manage fleet vehicle movements.
