The post holder will carry out administrativeduties on behalf of the theatre department.
The post holder will organise purchase ordernumbers, reconciliate invoices and contribute to maintaining departmentalspreadsheets related to finance.

Liaise with the Team Leader asappropriate to ensure seamless episodes of care and to identify and communicateany issues or potential problems as early as possible.Liaise and communicate with otherdepartments as necessary Ward, Radiology, Inpatient BookingsLiaise and communicate with externalservices as necessary Laboratory Services, Sterile Services.Establish clear communication withpatients, their families and care givers, using interpersonal skills to invokeempathy and reassurance regarding, assessment, care and treatment.
