Job description As a HSQE Coordinator you will be required to: Work to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Ensure effective management of SHEQ processes Provide administrative support in SHEQ meetings Lead effective document control and coordination of Management Systems Be the first point of contact for any interaction with Lloyds Register and other external auditors Assist the planning of third party audits and coordinate internal audits to ensure ISO standards are being met Liaise with departmental manager to follow up on any non-conformances Champion Health & Safety on site and actively promote a safety culture Help carry out risk assessments and putting counter measures in place to prevent accidents Create a record of accidents with statistics and correlations Keep up to date with new legislation company and other safety information and brief the management team accordingly The ideal HSQE Coordinator: IOSH / NEBOSH (desirable) Working knowledge of Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation Previously worked in a similar role Background in the Forces or logistics would be advantageous - engineering and manufacturing will also be considered Strong problem-solving skills Ability to communicate and engage with people across all levels A dynamic personality with the attitude to always do better The ability to work autonomously Full UK driving license Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm.
